| The league leading Palos Verdes Sea Kings blew into Culver City tonight to play a game hosted by the Centaurs under the lights.
The Sea Kings came out flat on a cold and windy evening to have their lowest scoring half of the season staking an unimpressive 3-0 lead. Coach Lane Jaffe must have had some inspiring words during the half-time break because the Sea Kings returned to form for the third quarter. Palos Verdes made many fewer mistakes and outscored the Centaurs seven to zero in the third, making it a 10-0 game by the end of the quarter. With the game apparently in hand and looking for some passionate play, Coach Jaffe rotated through the entire roster during the last quarter and the Sea Kings went on to win the match 12-1.
Palos Verdes spread the scoring and assists across ten different players. Leading the scoring with two goals apiece were Nolan Semel and David Scott. Adding a goal apiece were Scott Novom, Adam Wagoner, Andrew Pandora, Ryan Rheingold, Alex Richardson, Sammy Romer, Peter Trelenberg and Nick Ochi.
