Overview:
The boy’s varsity team is playing in the Carmel Invitational Tournament on Friday March 23 and Saturday March 24th. This is a great opportunity to play against some non-traditional teams. There are 16 teams in the tournament and the teams are coming from California, Colorado and Missouri.
Costs:
The cost per player is $258.00 (The original email was incorrect - there are fewer players going). This includes hotel room, hotel room tax, bus, and Friday night tournament dinner. Make checks payable to PVHS ASB. Bring checks to the Tuesday, March 13th, PV vs Peninsula game and give to Kelly Kasai.
Permission Form:
All players must complete the Trip Notice and Medical Authorization Form. Give completed forms to Coach Lane. Note: this form says "Pupil Field Trip Permisson Form" - it IS the correct form provided by the District Office.
Bus Information:
The team is traveling there on Thursday March 22nd and returning in the evening on March 24th. Instead of caravanning, we are reserving a coach bus for the boys to travel to Carmel and back.

Meals:
The boys will also be responsible for their own meals. Although Lane and the boys will coordinate some place to eat together. (It is similar to the Vail tournament). Plan on $35.00 per day - $105.00 total.
Friday night, there will be a team dinner hosted by the tournament.
Families are invited to the dinner. The suggest donation is $10.00 per family - best deal in Carmel!
