WHERE: Carmel High School

PERMISSION SLIPS: All players and chaperones that are traveling on the bus must fill out a permission slip. The permission slips are attached to this e-mail. Please note there are 2 pages for players and 2 pages for chaperones. Please fill these out and return them to the student store LAX Box.

TRANSPORTAION: Coach Bus

Leaves: PVHS campus Thursday, March 26th at 1:00PM.
Stop for dinner along the way. (Boys pay for the own meal)
Arrive: Monterey late Thursday evening

Return: PVHS late Saturday evening
Chaperones for the trip include- Coach Lane, Coach Jimmy, Marc Mittleman and Ms. Dutko

PLEASE PARK ALL CARS ON THE STREET. THE LOTS WILL BE LOCKED WHEN YOU RETURN SATURDAY EVENING.

LODGING: COMFORT INN (Thursday and Friday)

Reservation is under Palos Verdes High School

If any parents are interested in going please mention PV for discount.
Chaperones please let me know and I will reserve your room.

TOURNAMENT: The tournament is played at Carmel Middle School
Carmel Valley Road, Carmel-by-the-Sea

Permission Form: All players must complete the Trip Permission Slip Form. Give completed forms to Coach Lane. Note: this form says "Pupil Field Trip Permisson Form" - it IS the correct form provided by the District Office.
