Where: Carmel High School

Overview: They will play a modified “round robin” format on three “natural” grass fields. Each game consists of two, 20 minute running halves. There are 16 teams in this tournament. Teams are ranked based on strength and placed into one of four groups of 4 teams each. This is a NFHS Sanctioned event.

Bus: The Team is traveling on a “coach bus” on Thursday, March 13th at 3:30 from the front parking lot of the High School and will be returning home late Saturday, March 15th. Please be prompt, it is a long trip!

Lodging: I have reserved rooms at the Comfort Inn, (1262 Munras Ave, Monterey, CA 831-372-8088) for the boys. They still have extra rooms if anyone would like to join. This includes a continental breakfast. Anyone interested can check out their website at www.comfortinn.com. Note: The motel is across the street from a movie theater and a few restaurants (PF Changs, CPK, Chipotle and a few more)

Meals: The boys will be responsible for paying for their own meals. (Friday night there is a spaghetti dinner hosted by the tournament)

Chaperones: There will be 6 Adults going on the bus. Lane, Zander, Ms. Dutko and 3 dads (Marc Mittleman, Randy Smith and Sean Richardson)

Costs: The cost will be $250.00 plus food and spending money. This will include lodging, tournament fees, transportation, teacher chaperone, Friday night spaghetti dinner, plus water and Gatorade. Check should be payable to PVHS ASB Boys Lacrosse. Please have the boys returned to the student store LAX box. ASAP!

Permission Form: All players must complete the Trip Notice and Medical Authorization Form. Give completed forms to Coach Lane. Note: this form says "Pupil Field Trip Permisson Form" - it IS the correct form provided by the District Office.
